Not all of us understand our call I know I didn’t that day that changed it All. I remember it was in the fall I was in that kitchen when I was taking the chocolate cherry muffins out of the oven  air will never forget the dread as I was stopped dead as the man that I held so dear to mat it clear to me that he wasn’t there for me he grabbed me and this took me by surprise , making my fear arise as I looed into his eyes and saw the beginning of our defense he made it clear that I should fear him

But, so many don’t do heed the warning even when it’s so clear

Mother of children who sat “I can’t leave”

Not understand how much their children are in fear , thank go I never experienced it but, let’s make this clear I experienced something that I should have feared as a child as I was reared I had to be near so 3, 4, 5 or 6  no more , I remember as a somewhat was near done before 

I remember the relieved grabbed me he couldn’t have been no more than an adolescent teen I’m sure he pulled me towered the dark room  I pulled away in fear of what could have been in store beyond that door . thank god for the person hidden behind that closed door who yelled out , because so much more could have occurred in time that would have bore a unforgettable sore of much more 

I again we must say no more 

And break the curse that has been laid upon us over and over and over , the violence that wore us down , abuse of generational pain make the women in my family feel like they were to blame 

But, But when you stand up and say

Woman should not be demeaned and treated like whores violence again woman has to stop what is it for . woman are gems , queens and should be treated as so , when we are we going to stand up and say Never, No More
