Nutrition: do you know that most people don’t know Nutrition as many nutrition facts as are on our foods you know a lot of people that AREN’T even looking at those pieces of information most know the about of servings of everything they buy. Or what that looks like. 


The only people that to are the people that truly care about their health during that time and season they will start to 


  1. count calories 

  2. Prepare themselves

  3. Prepare their bodies


Because they care what goes into their bodies 


And care to see CHANGE


Now what is the challenge


Over the next week look at the nutritional facts that are on your food and jot them down for week... if you have a phone track it....
