What is the next step, taking a deeper look at your emotional triggers the list that you made take the time now to go back into the list and look at the things that cause the triggers thing here is the challenge?

 I once heard this and it’s true


We are either fighting in life to become the EXACT opposite of what we have seen growing up or in your effort to become opposite of it you become exactly that you were fighting NOT to become

Think back as far back as you can remember what caused that trigger to start


A trigger is something that cause a shock to the system.


Example when I was a child my mother use to make me study hooked on phoenix, but it got to a point when I didn't get it she would sit with a belt to try to get me to focus so what was taking 3 hours... instead of 1 hour.

Trigger every time I saw that box up until 2015-16 until I got my hand on a box of hooked on phoenix and realized it was a just a box of books and audio tapes nothing much more nothing, I should continue to be

So, what are we doing looking back at the original trigger and going back and confronting that emotional trigger and FREEING yourself?


Look at that list remember the thing that caused it


If you need to talk about that thing with family or friends at the point of the cause and get the revelation of why it happens


Relinquishing it power and Releasing yourself to be able to move forward past those embargos


This is literally resetting your Mind.... take the point of damage and erasing it and then rebuilding from not only a clean slate but give you the ability to take control and determine what a which direction you want to go in because you now have a direction and a say so.
