What is your view of yourself externally, what do you see when you look at yourself what do you see. So this is the first challenge which will be in two parts
I want you to take a picture of yourself in the state you're in
As a matter of fact, I want you to take a real natural picture of yourself raw uncut and POST IT
Then I want you to do a two-paragraph summery of THAT person that you see and post it underneath
