There are two steps to this list your foods


  1. What are good things you were eating

  2. What were bad things you were eating


Is either list longer than the other

If you have a healthy list that is longer

  1. How can you improve it that list and make better things happen

  2. How can you Change the bad habit list and replace it with better.

Challenge: for the next week replace every single food you would Normally eat with a healthy replacement


You eat UTZ potatio chips.

Replace with Sea salt Chips or Sweet potato


Love soda


Replace with a Kombuca


Eat heavy meals all week


Replace on meal with a meal replacement Shake. 



Do this for a week
