And dealing with the emotional reason that you are going to deal with your physical health, are you a emotional eater. Are you a emotional non-eater. Is what you’re eating healthy and feeding your body healthy, what is your relationship with food. Are you nurturing yourself, taking baths putting time into your body exercise are you having me time with your body baths lotioning up lighting candles and taking time with you.
Your Faith relationship are you willing to submit to god and have a relationship with god and submit to him when you want to get married you’re going to have to submit your husband. If god makes you get up in the middle of the night he wants you to pray and listen to him read his word so he can show you fellowship with you and have a intimate relationship with you.
