what motivates me, when I think about what motivates me its the desire to help people that are creatives that are seeking to coming into the cut throat industries but I see these people see the people that are owning these industries and are like "I can do that"

it's not that they want to become them they want to get what they have to offer out there like them but when they jump in the rabit whole they realize it more then just being motivated to do the work, it having the right connections beause if you make the wrong connecttions you will be eatten up spitt back out and they will pick there teeth with yor rib cage while they move on to the next.

they need foundation, spirtual centering to keep them going and they need a mentor that knows the inds and outs of the industry that is going to be 100% real with them about the good the bad and the ugly of what they are really getting into REALLY, why

8 or 9 years ago I rember seeing a video on yourube of a young cauacasion woman that had gone into the industry to be a model with the best intention and she was on youtube crying her eyes out because they ripped her to shreads did things she couldn't even repeat and she could barely talk

how many more poeple are seeking to go into these industries with this unrealistic undertanding what they are really getting themselves into, I listen to ALicia keys tell the story of her first photoshoot how the photohrapher to advantage of her by making her feel like she was in charge just to get everyone else on her team to leave so she would strip down her clothing and she said she never felt right after that 'but sex sells' people going into these industries need direction and protection from manipulative nagotiation, at the risk of being black balled when they could come in and have the right peopple behind them to guide them and avoid a good amout of problems with peole that had knowledge 

my purpose is to lead the ones out that want out and to lead the replacements back in with the knowledge to stand on there own two feet without being ran through like the ones coming out were. 

this is what keep me up at night this is why I wrote my first book and this is what motivates me when I want to give up. motivate my own steam to live the dream
