My Dad was asking about apple butter, he brought in a try of apples... so I made some apple butter

5-7 apples
Able spoon of each of the following
Nutmeg
All Spice
Ginger
1cup of sugar
Spoon full of molasses
2/3 a cup if Apple cider vinger
Cut the apples down to cubes
Cook them down in a pan
18 minutes till soft
Blend in blender or food processor with about 1/4 cup if water (add a little more if needed to puree)
Pour back in your pan simmer it down till it's thick 30 to 40 minutes
Pour into a sterile mason jar or pasta sauce bottle
Eat on or with whatever you like.
