this is a good way to build your self up for 40day fast or Longer the longest consistent fast that I have ever done was 49 days some can go up to 60 even 90 days... some can go 120 {ON NOTHING} but i wouldn't suggest it if this is your first cold turkey fast

BEET JUICE

Beat's, Carrots, Blueberries, Spinach juice, Cucumber, Avocado, Mango, Prunes, Banana,

Mango,  Orange, Carrots, orange Squash, Ginger, if you want to go Deep Cleanse at Cayanan pepper, Banana.

Get a nice bag of Granola mix, or mix yourself with honey, blueberry raisin, etc

Oatmeal, Strawberry, Pineapple, blueberry, Banana

Direction for a 40 day fast

This is a training process even if you have not fasted before so we will mix it up as itgoes so you want to train your body gradually to go without any food 

​

Day one” go from three meals A day to two 

​

Do two days of two Meals then do a day of one meal  

​

You find yourself starting to get the hungry Great trick as you adjusting eat a bowl of fruit {your body sense you chewing and it sense taste as well as digestion but no real substance

 

Do two to three days of one full meal one juice in the morning, one Yogurts bowl in the Even}

 

Then go straight to one meal a day for 1 weeks

You make it past that one week Eat Fruit and juice for a 3-day long period, then for another 8-10 days do juice in the morning acai yogurt bowl in the evening and some granola or nuts 

​

Then another 3 days of Juice and yogurt bowls 

​

Then 7 days of Juicing with Fruit bowls 

​

Then three days of Juicing  

​

Last three days Drink water {Drink water with Vitamin C-Emergence packet once in the morning once before bed} 

Final 3-4 days Probiotic Tea

3 + 7 + 3 + 8-10  {21-23 days} 3 + 7 + 3 + 4 {40}
