this is a good way to build your self up for 40day fast or Longer the longest consistent fast that I have ever done was 49 days some can go up to 60 even 90 days... some can go 120 {ON NOTHING} but i wouldn't suggest it if this is your first cold turkey fast

This is a training process even if you have not fasted before so we will mix it up as itgoes so you want to train your body gradually to go without any food

Day one” go from three meals A day to two

Do two days of two Meals then do a day of one meal
