Now I am Not a smoothie Girl and I have never been one that Liked smoothies but in the past few years I have changed my diet and wanting to go into a health kci and have been looking for a way to give yourself a sweet treat without KILLING your Diet.
So here are some of my New Desired try outs

I can’t eat regular smoothies I haven’t been able to just drink the Insures it was messing with my stomach and body, so I need to find something that I can drink that is Healthy and I think I found the right one.
What was it
Something that my mother use to make me drink when I was a Child, and I hated it because it was healthy and didn’t taste like chocolate. Now when I grew up yes, I hated it but I think this very Drink may be the key I named to have a healthy balance get my vitamins in and NOT drink milk.
Ingredients
Avocado
Banana
Ovaltine
Chocolate Coconut Water
Nutella
Oatmeal
You chop the Avocado Up [Boil the pit through til the shell cracks and peals and then take it out slice it up
2 or 3 Banana’s {you love banana ad as many as YOU want}
Quarter cup of oatmeal
A Heaping Table spoon of Nutella
Now pore your Coconut Water
And your scope of Nutella
Blend until it get to a smoothie consistency
Pour into a cup
You can drunk it like this or Sprouse it up
Make you a Nice Mug cake chocolate coconut water, Buckwheat, oatmeal, Olive oil, {Chocolate cake batter or Flour, Pancake mix, Mixed with chocolate, One egg} mix it and bake a 1 and half minutes {Add Omega 3 powder} once done Break up and pour your smoothie, drop it in and pour more on until it reaches the dop
