Rich Smoothie

Now I am Not a smoothie Girl and I have never been one that Liked smoothies but in the past few years I have changed my diet and wanting to go into a health kci and have been looking for a way to give yourself a sweet treat without KILLING your Diet. 

So here are some of my New Desired try outs 

Rich Smoothie 



Now

Rich Chocolate

I can’t eat regular smoothies I haven’t been able to just drink the Insures it was messing with my stomach and body, so I need to find something that I can drink that is Healthy and I think I found the right one.

What was it 

Something that my mother use to make me drink when I was a Child, and I hated it because it was healthy and didn’t taste like chocolate. Now when I grew up yes, I hated it but I think this very Drink may be the key I named to have a healthy balance get my vitamins in and NOT drink milk.     

Ingredients

  • Avocado

  • Banana

  • Ovaltine

  • Chocolate Coconut Water

  • Nutella

  • Oatmeal

You chop the Avocado Up [Boil the pit through til the shell cracks and peals and then take it out slice it up 


  1. 2 or 3 Banana’s {you love banana ad as many as YOU want}

  2. Quarter cup of oatmeal

  3. A Heaping Table spoon of Nutella

  4. Now pore your Coconut Water 

  5. And your scope of Nutella

  6. Blend until it get to a smoothie consistency 

  7. Pour into a cup 

  8. You can drunk it like this or Sprouse it up

Make you a Nice Mug cake chocolate coconut water, Buckwheat, oatmeal, Olive oil,  {Chocolate cake batter or Flour, Pancake mix,  Mixed with chocolate, One egg} mix it and bake a 1 and half minutes {Add Omega 3 powder} once done Break up and  pour your smoothie, drop it in and pour more on until it reaches the dop

{you want to be more to it} get a few omega 3 cookies dip and Eat or a good Vegan Cookie {Don’t eat the Whole pack IT TO MALTY YOU CAN”T}



Strawberry

  • Ingredients 

  • Strawberries

  • Cherries

  • Banana

  • Avocado

  • Oatmeal

  • Coco Water

  • Cookie Butter {Xtend Pro Cookie Butter} Vitamin shop

  • Strawberry Syrup 

  • Strawberry Malt Balls {Now I only say use these because I Can’t Drink Milk powder, Malt balls work}

  5. And your scope of Crushed Strawberry Malt balls {Whoppers}

  6. Blend Until it Get top Smoothie Consistently

  7. Pour into a cup 

  8. You can drunk it like this or Sprouse it up

Make you a Nice Mug cake strawberry Juice coconut water, Buckwheat, oatmeal, Olive oil,  {Red Velvet or Flour, Pancake mix,  Mixed with Red Velvet Chocolate bar, One egg} mix it and bake a 1 and half minutes {Add Omega 3 powder} once done Break up and  pour your smoothie, drop it in and pour more on until it reaches the top

Vanilla 

Ingredients 

  • Vanilla Stick

  • Coconut Milk

  • Banana

  • Avocado

  • Oatmeal

  • Coconut Water

  • Vanilla Malt Balls {Now I only say use these because I Can’t Drink Milk powder, Malt balls work}

Banana Bread

Ingredients 

  • Blue berry

  • Coconut Milk

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger

  • Banana

  • Avocado

  • Oatmeal

  • Coconut Water

  • Cookie Butter {Xtend Pro Cookie Butter} Vitamin shop

Vanilla Olly Pant base powder {Now I only say use these because I Can’t Drink Milk powder, Malt balls work}

  • Blend Until it Get top Smoothie Consistently

  • Pour into a cup 

  • You can drink it like this or Sprouse it up

  • Make you a Nice Mug cake Gingerbread hot chocolate powder, Buckwheat, oatmeal, Olive oil {ginger bread batter or Flour, Pancake mix, mixed with vanilla Chocolate bar, one egg} mix it and bake a 1 and half minutes {Add Omega 3 powder} once done Break up and pour your smoothie, drop it in and pour more on until it reaches the top
