Banana Pudding Cake

I never really Liked bana pudding but when I was 25 I tasted it at someone elese birthday and I fell in love with it, but I will tell you this I love a good BANANA Bread pancake, Muffin or cake... hears my creative combo ENJOY



  • 2 cups butter

365 Everyday Value® Organic Butter

Everyday Savings: $4.49 per 16 oz

  • 3 cups white sugar

  • 6 eggs

365 Everyday Value® Large White Eggs

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour {replce one cup of flour with a cup of crushed vanilla waffers}

  • 1 cup Banana Pudding {A extra 3rd of }

365 Everyday Value® Organic Milk

  • Blue berrys

  • Banana

  • 1 cup Oatmeal

  • Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 3 - 8x4 inch loaf pans, then line with parchment paper. {I love Angel food cake pans}


In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. cinnamon Beat in the flour vanilla waffer alternately with the pudding, mixing just until incorporated. 


Then you add your oatmeal, blueberries and cinnamon chopped banana chunks with cinnamon


Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean. After removing them from the oven, immediately loosen cake edges with a knife. Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans. Strip off the parchment paper and cool completely on wire racks.


Make your frosting


Just get your vanilla frosting, Banana pudding blend it together season with cinnamon, when the cake cooks Ice the top drilled oatmeal {trick use a blueberry Granola, Dried banana chips on top and stick your wafers in the top}
