2 months later…. Here you are Cheating on your Diet while reading this article that diet that you feel off of a week and half after trying to eat celery every day.


Didn’t work to well did it?


So how do you Fix that problem, Count your calories, no… you take step back and analysis what your eating and Make Healthy Choices about how to fix it


Today lets focus on breaking down the food.


We were taught to eat 3 Square Meals a day (Never Knew where the square came from But I Digress) Breakfast Lunch and Dinner.


But How many of you were raised on that Breakfast of Waffles, Eggs, Bacon sausage.. And the fruit was nothing more than decoration on the table in the fruit Bowl. *Points at self*


Or your lunch was fast food… or Huge oversized potions of a cold cut sandwich,  or chicken wings and you know there are a lot of you that are orders outers for lunch…menus sounding a lot like 


Sub and fries chicken wings or winglets and maybe pasta or pizza, especially if you’re ordering for job.

Come home from work to tired to cook.. Hey lets stop by KFC or McD’s and grabbed enough for everyone.

Sunday dinners looking like the lighter side of Thanksgiving, and your looking at the scale wondering where the pounds came from.


And we All know we had a mother telling us “you better sit there and eat EVERY bite.”


I’ll admit for the longest I use to fill a plate up to the Brim and if you saw Me you would think I must have gone on a diet or be lying, but I never was fat… always had great Metabolism… But my parents and the people around me were great on there weight… sad part is all they have to do is Change their eating habits.

Those same one mentioned above. How do you do that… 2 words Portion control?


A person likes to eat a full plate Meal… trick your brain… buys smaller plates you will eat less food.

If you own those Large sized plates get the medium and then once you get use to that move to saucer size… then once you move to saucer size changed the amount of meals you eat go from 3 to 6… I KNOW you say 6 I’m eating to Much if I just cut my food in half not if you.


Drinking Protein drink first thing as a meal subtitle…,  then you have alight breakfast fro your second meal, then Have Fruit… with fiber filled fruit drink… small soup and salad lunch, Snack, with fruit Juice drink or water… then have your Dinner or have your dinner as your 5th Meal and light desert as your sixth
