MOVERS & SHAKERS

In 2014 

 

I made the Decision to change my life... but I need to make a change I had to go through a process that would create a time and ability to focus on god structure my day and begin to structure my life in the right direction. 

 

What did I do 

I would Get up every morning whatever time I need to get up I would Add about 2hours to 1 hr and a half just so I could spend time with God. A hour or 45 minutes in the word, then praying 45 minutes... the last half hour would be spent Exercise.

Then if I had work... most times I didn’t But I was always working on something... 

  •  Building something,   

  • searching for something that I could expand my life, 

  •  Reading books,  

  • Watching my Favorite pastors on line,  

  • or movie that I was drawn to,  

  • or working on online classes,  

  • or when I had my temp Job.  

Being able to function and keeping my day in line and in order    

Then from that point I would have my Breakfast....  

which at first was  

pancakes,  

Bacon  

sausage  

Eggs.  

 

When I changed my Diet regular pancakes turned into,  

  • Toast,  

  • A morning Juice blend  

  • Eggs with Avocado carrots spinach, 

  • then vegan sausage and bacon...  

  • Or oatmeal,  

  • or even French toast  

  • or oatmeal banana bread blueberry Pancakes.  

To get my day started.... trying to be more healthy.

At Dinner time 

Most cases I would not each lunch... I would be doing other things and work through it or I would Fast once I was in a state of fasting as my Diet began to change... I learned how to Crucify my Flesh through that Process.  

 

I went from meat to Vegan I would go from burgers to chicken, from chicken to Vegan burgers, Fries, Or rice dishes something different I changed my entire diet and things got healthy, having to eat around all the meat and dairy dishes having to by my own food because I soon realize when you change your diet No one want to help you go get the food I managed but I maintained it as best I could.  

Then the wind down 

I would go on social media and look posts slowly my post went from Fashion to more faith-based post god started to change me as I just would listen listen to pastors or reading books 

After Dinner A nice snack 

When you had cake,  

Pies 

Cookies 

 and then only to find that I couldn’t eat half of it and had to change these things.  

 

Oatmeal cookies 

Banana Bread 

Brand Muffins 

Red Velvet Brand Muffins 

Chocolate Brand muffins 

 

Everything went healthy.

But All these changes were necessary in order to see changes in my life, not just to do it but to keep it up, as I changed and see changed, because I decide to make the changes and the decision that began to step by step change my life and incline me in the direction to change my WHOLE life. 

From not having a Job 

To discovering who I am 

What I want to Build 

Learning to Fast 

Learning to tithe  

Which I believe had a Great influence in getting the call for the first job 

Then going from that job being to start to Build the things I love 

Then tear down my idols and begin to build what is going to be a life long journey to me
