Obesity = Poverty/Health = Wealth

Obesity = Poverty/Health = Wealth

How many of you enjoy food, we all do we love it.

Some of us love fast food yes

Some people would love to go out to eat at a public restaurant right.

But, would you eat a meal out of a restaurant of you knew the person in the restaurant dropped it on the floor.

A lot of you are gagging at the thought of it right now?

(I remember growing up as a kid hearing a story about a woman with atrocious cooking habits enough to make you barf... LITERALLY!!!)

Now, what does this have to do with obesity poverty and wealth.

What if your pour mother just fixed dinner and the bowl holding your spaghetti and meatballs its the ground that was all you had to eat and you can't afford to wast food.

What does mom do

She picks it up off that floor rinses the spaghetti and meatballs clean make some new pasta sauce from what she has left and she serves it.

How many times have you heard

- Just rinse it off it's still good

- 5 second rule

How many of you would or have or have known someone that did this or mom that said "you better not throw that away its still some left... there are homeless people in Africa that can't eat any food you better not waste that food"

And your taught to not waste a thing or "sit at the table till you finish eating that"

The plate of food was to much but your parents forced you to finish it.

Do you know that if you start eating your mind consciously stop desiring food after 30 minutes.

So you eat, some force you to eat beyond that.

Then add to that your parent was obsess and every time you save them they were eating, if they were upset they we're eating.

Do you she the pattern?

We are psychologically taught to eat away our problems your sad you grab ice cream or chocolate, you go by your favorite meal.

But you do that to often you run into a poverty mind set. You eat to feel better.

If you aren't trying to look out for our health everything round us suffers because our health is our mindset which bridges financial issues and our health and how you feel about it.

You bank account over draws you get upset you look for comfort food and comfort food has sugar and sugar depresses your mood and you find if your depressed you can't be a wise steward of your money. In fact you will make short term decision and not think about long term consequences...

I finally understand how that poverty mind set has made a impact on my life the want to hold onto something but that desperation could be the thing preventing you from receiving... holding onto you poverty and beliefs could one holding up a manifestation of wealth because if you don't understand why you did something you won't understand you bad habits that were generational curses

And if society keeps us in poverty and depression we will never be released into our full potential because we don't have good health and our wealth slips through our fingers.

Habits that make you desperately hold onto something you should have let go of and thrown away that you are so psychologically bound that you are living in fear and teaching you children to.

God did not give us a spirit of fear bit one of a sound mind.

The saying always goes "a bird in hand is worth two in the bush"

But if you don't open you hand and set the one bird free to fly you might suffocate it then god can't bless you with so much more. You end up left with a dead thing in your hand and lost thing you could have acquired had you been willing to let it Go!!!

So how are old habits your parents instilled in you preventing you from becoming wealthy.
