Hope Helps Homeless
Bridging the Gap in Homelessness

We are stronger together then we are separately” we can best help people together in a unified community then we can if we work and maneuver separately
What is your activity?
Thorough my program I provide the homeless the psychological help to help them get back out into the community, in order to
Get jobs
Use their talents: Carpentry
: Design
: Landscaping
: Cooking
: Care Giving (etc.)
To then not only learn how to work for them if they choose they intern with my program helping their own fellow homeless or learn skills to turn what they are passionate about into careers and business
What is the Goal?
To re integrate homeless back into the population not only just to get them back on their feet but to get them back on their feet to a point where they are confident in themselves their skills and their abilities in order to then surpass where they were before and be something even greater.
Partnering with companies that can
-
Teach them to and give the certification and Licensing (Carpentry and Landscaping)
-
Having them then be able to work in my company within the fields of work they are passionate in.
Collaborating
-
Black Girls Rock (helping the youth learn to have more confidence in themselves)
-
Fashion Rocks (to help them feel confident in their clothing)
-
Dress for success (in order to help them prepare and create )
-
Love U (Helping teach minorities to Love themselves in spite of their circumstances)
-
Centric TV (to help me create a television series that shows)
-
Baltimore professionals and entrepreneurs (meetup group)
What is the objective
To meet the homeless where ever they are whether it be in the street in a shelter or in someone’s home reach them reach out to help them restructure their mindset to the possibilities that they have and that they have more than one option besides just finding employment and give them options give them employment, give them housing understand what their talent is and understand they can learn their talent into something that can make them money and help them sustain their lives and live more happy and fulfilled lives, but most importantly creating community unities within the group that as they are learning and growing that they can help each other if one decided they want to own a business they can look within the homeless group they came up and in with and find there collaborative partners.
Homeless create a family unit within themselves and if they and learn to grow together as they reintegrate they can then can bring their community family with them and they not only don’t feel alone as they are working their way back in they know that they have people beside them no only going through the same thing they are but have made it out when they did and not only have their own set of networking group members as they come up they collaborate with other group outside of that community as well and create a network where they are always able to reach back into the Non-profit group and pull up new people that are ready to be integrated as well so it literally becomes a network that is continuing to help more and more people and give back as they strive higher
What does the outcome look like?
The outcome looks like 33-66% of the homeless get out of being homeless bet back into everyday society and are strong confident self-aware people that are either Business owners or are working within business that are safe zones that they are well taken care of but they are fully and completely
-
mentally stable to be back in society,
-
physically capable of taking care themselves
-
finically able to provide for themselves
And stand within their confidence of knowing who they are and knowing there purpose within this world as they use their own skills and talents to then help others through giving and serving back to the people that give them
What is the Impact that you make
Non-Profit for the homeless impacts the community in multiple ways by creating (locations for homeless to stay) and or partnering with other shelters, to have a massive location where we provide services in 1 location.
-
Showers
-
Clothing
-
Food
-
Case management
-
The case management will provide the homeless the ability to be able to be psychologically evaluated and physically evaluated to find out what they may need. Create specific programs that will allow them the ability to heal
-
Mentally (Mind/Mindset)
-
Emotionally (Heart)
-
Physically (Body = Diet + Excursive)
-
Spiritually (spirit)
-
Socially
-
Involving them in activities that will help them measure there healing throughout the process of evaluations as they are moved through phase by phase.
-
Over time they will reach a point where they are no longer effected because they have management skills that will allow them to go back to their places of hurt and pain.
