Ingredients
Vegan Broth (beef Boulion Cubes) 2 or 4
FARRO Spelt
Peas 1 cup
Carrots 1 cup
Celery 1 cup
Can of black beans
Half size can of tomato sauce (smallest size)
8th of a onion (large Yellow)
Large garlic (clove)
* Note if you like garlic you can put as many as 4 regular garlic cloves into it
2 large cloves
* if its a nice size slip in half
Put half in while you cook the "Farro spelt" in the broth
Other half in with the can of black beans in the blender
3 cups of oats
Or
1 cup of oats
1 cup of almond flour
1 cup of corn flour
Seasoning salt
Parsley
Oregano
Pepper (steak marinated seasoning)
Cook the FARRO in the broth
Add the black bean juice
* if you use canned
Carrots
Peas
Use there juice too
Chopped half of the large garlic clove
Let the Farro reduce down
The Spelt will puff up soak up most of the liquid
Then and only then
Add the baby can of tomato sauce
Turn it off
Add half the peas
Add half the chopped carrots
Half the chopped celery
8th of the onion
Other half of the garlic clove chopped
Pulse it till its rough chopped
Pour it into the pan with the FARRO
Add your
Oats 3 cups
or 1 cup
1 cup almond flour
1 cup corn flour
* If you want to intensify the flavor you can season again at this step - it will taste salty (warning when it cooks the corn flour will absorb the flavor and it may taste after like its a little under or mildly seasoned
So season a little bit more to balance the taste after.
Form your meat loaf in a bunt bread pan (lined with aluminum foil
Leat it cook 1 hour in that pan
Lift out place it into a wide casserole dish. Peal the aluminum foil down (if you made 4 corner arrows should be easy to open the foil the meat loaf will sink slightly
Add the remaining veggies around it brussel sprouse string beans
Barbque sauce
Use remnants from the tomato sauce can
Add few dashes of soy sauce
Ginger, honey, syrup coca powder cinnamon mix
Teaspoon of sugar
A1 steak sauce (has wistishire in it)
Season it
- Parsley
- Oregano
- italian
- Season salt
Cinnamon (added if you desire)
Poor half on it when you put it back in the casserole dish.
