Vegan Flank Steak




Ingredients

Vegan Broth (beef Boulion Cubes) 2 or 4

FARRO Spelt

Peas 1 cup

Carrots 1 cup

Celery 1 cup

Can of black beans

Pureed 🍅 tomatos vegtable soup

"Minestrone"


8th of a onion (large Yellow)

Large garlic (clove)

* Note if you like garlic you can put as many as 4 regular garlic cloves into it


2 large cloves


* if its a nice size slip in half

Put half in while you cook the "Farro spelt" in the broth


Other half in with the can of black beans in the blender

You blend the ministrone first pour it out then blend down the blackbean mix


3 cups of oats

Or

1 cup of oats

1 cup of almond flour

1 cup of corn flour


Seasoning salt

Parsley

Oregano

Pepper (steak marinated seasoning)

Grillers marrinade mix packet (with the shrimp on it)


Cook the FARRO in the broth

Add the black bean juice

* if you use canned

Carrots

Peas

Use there juice too

Chopped half of the large garlic clove


Let the Farro reduce down

The Spelt will puff up soak up most of the liquid

Then and only then

Add your ministrone tomato broth blend in now.

Turn it off

Add half the peas

Pour a cup of the broth off


Add half the chopped carrots

Half the chopped celery

8th of the onion

Other half of the garlic clove chopped


Pulse it till its rough chopped


Pour it into the pan with the FARRO

Add your

Oats 3 cups

or 1 cup

1 cup almond flour

1 cup corn flour


* If you want to intensify the flavor you can season again at this step - it will taste salty (warning when it cooks the corn flour will absorb the flavor and it may taste after like its a little under or mildly seasoned


Be VERY CAREFUL put to much Pepper marinanated

Taco seasoning

Grillers marinade


THIS STEAK WILL TURN OUT TOO SPICY

(*Do so to your own taste discretin ion)


So season a little bit more to balance the taste after.


Form your meat in a aluminum foil pack, container or tray that it will meat the thickness

Refrigerate over night


Stick in the freezer the last hour or two before cooking

Slice it up into your flank stakes

Let it cook 1 hour in that pan


Lift out place it into a wide casserole dish. Peal the aluminum foil down
