French Toast, Pancakes and Waffles

French toast I remember My mother making this one weekend as a child this was one of my favorte forms of food I even started making it when I got older it was one of those comfort foods that you will never stop loving so lets begin

Now here are the ingredients {because it is for Friench toast and Breakfast your not going to use flower, your going to use PAN cake batter} I like this because you can use any kind of batter as a base {you know they have ALL kinds of batter}

  • Carrot

  • Red velvet

  • Mint

  • Sweet potato

  • Barley {Great for oatmeal pancake use buttermilk} which is good for banna blueberry Bread

Now  Here's the ingredients for the bread

  • 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast

  • 2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

  • 6-1/4 to 6-3/4 cups all-purpose flour {substitute our all purpose flower with pancake batter which eliminates the need for sugar and possibly NO yest or very minimal because it rise because of the batter}

Do salt and canola oil

  • 2-1/4th cups of water

Now if you want the bread to have different taste you can use, a soda Sparkling water INSTEAD of adding any extra yeast

Total Time Prep: 20 min. + rising Bake: 30 min. + cooling  Makes 2 loaves (16 slices each)

Directions In a large bowl, ad your pancake batter, then your salt canola oil slowly pour in your sparkling water. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, to form a soft dough.

Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 8-10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-1/2 hours.

Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide dough in half. Shape each into a loaf. Place in two greased 9x5-in. loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, 30-45 minutes.

Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

Now after you make your Bread your ready to make your French toast

I saw recipe and love the Idea and NO Mess, take the Bread slice it put it a casorll dish and then pour your Milk butter if you like and you egg mix it together and pour it into the Bread and cook it in the oven take it out when it’s obsorbed and you will have some of the best

French toast.

French toast B.E.L.T. This is the fin part make a omelet filing it with

  • bacon

  • lettuce spinach mix

  • Cheese

  • Tomato's

Cook as you would any omelette {refer to omelette recipe} .

Press flat omelet roll cut off the end to make two to three squares keep scraps to off in the in between, then get your Bread, egg, milk... batter if you use that for your dipping Mix your wet ingredients

Dip you’re your bread in the liquid then in the dry drop in the pan, and then let the french toast Fry, once it done flip after 2 to 3 mins, let it lightly Brown take out put your squares of egg between drop more cheese on top in a thin layer {because there is cheese in the eggs} then close smash falter dip the whole thing in the egg wash... then the batter repeat with all three fry again, let the cheese seal your edges as you press down the top of each in the pan. Take them out and enjoy

Pancakes This is my favorite Morning treat when I make pancake and I love the fact you can make cake batters in pancakes.

I remember one of my favorites was something that I did that was just because we had a bunch of sweet potatoes I took the sweet potato mashed it up and took the syrup from the pan and poured it into the batter mixed it up , BEST sweet potato pancakes I ever had after thanksgiving EVER.

But my FAVORITE pancake because I think it makes me feel healthy  You take

  • Pancake batter {box}

I like to use a nice natural Buckwheat pancake batter

  • Oatmeal {want to get fancy, get a bag of Granola}

  • Get the butter milk {make your own butter milk with Soy, or plant base milk if your looking for darry free}

  • Mixed it in the milk you can add a little bitt of water if you don’t want to use so much milk

  • Add in blue berries

  • And I love to use MASHED overripe banana’s [I mix it in the granola}

Mix your wet ingredients

Then your dry

Mix your batter all together and then you heat the pan, {either spray the pan or drop in butter move it around till it melts}

Pour your pancake batter in the middle let it spread out till it gets to your desired size {stop pouring a little before it the right size because it will spread a bit more}

Then you let out firm on the bottom the sides get nice {best to use a cast iron skillet that seasoned or a nonstick pan}

when it moves from the bottom flip it and let it heat a few extra minutes slide it onto a plate and then do your next one until you get your desired stack heights put on your favorite syrup and ENGOY {when you use buckwheat you don’t eat as many... I need that or I will tend to eat to many I LIKE TO EAT}

Waffles

You use the same Recipe for your pancakes batter

Weather its batter from cake Oatmeal pancakes {could call it banana bread} Whole grain You can even make zucchini waffles {go figure if you want to be health... which means I can make Avocado pesto} I Love it GET OVER IT Then you put it in the waffle maker

Flip the iron {turn it} Take it out let it cool and Have AT it
