Breakfast on a "Roll" Buns

This was inspired by the fact that we love a nice Honey Bunn Cinmion Roll How many ways can you make it stuff it Roll it and bake it up, soo have you ever Really throught about Breakfast?... well this is Breakfast


Bread Recipe

2 loaves (16 slices each) 

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast

2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons canola oil

6-1/4 to 6-3/4 cups all-purpose flour {you can substitute Tapioca Flour, }


Egg

Set it up like a omlettes

  • Onion

  • Peppers {red and green}

  • Tomato's

  • Avocados

  • Bacon {Tempah Bacon if your vegan}

  • Egg and Bacon

First get your dough

Get a pancake batter or Cornbread batter, {store bought in steed of Flour} I know weird right, canola or olive Oil putting already mixed add your salt, Chicken Broth {because of the type of bun you could use vegan Broth} instead 2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°) add a quarter cup of potato mix it in until your dough is the right consistence, 


Take the dough out let it rise for a hour, then roll out, now you're going to spread egg butter on the dough a layer 


What your going to do with the egg is you're going to Mix your modette, and pour it into the backing sheet and put it in the oven for a few minutes till is firms up and then roll out your dough for the rolls


now take the dough after rolled and then take the eggs and take it out and slide it onto the dough to line up. Over it till covered evenly. {now you can if you choose do a Avocado smashed layer between the egg and dough} if you want a twist. ROLL up the dough, slice your roles out put it in a oven safe container, let it rise again 20 minutes... let it cook for 45 

Icing, butter, pesto, Avocado... a flower thickener and little bit of seasoning 

Drizzle on top and eat {yes a sweet heart attack waiting to happen but you’ll die HAPPY.}


Pesto and Egg

Avocado Pesto

Star out with your basic Ingredients

  • Parmesan Cheese 

  • Nuts{you choose what kind}

  • Basil

  • Garlic

  • Cilantro

  • parsley

  • Add Avocado

You can add bread crumbs if you don’t want Nuts

Vegan cheeses if you don’t heat regular cheese

Use your Bread recipe

Now when you roll out your dough your going to fill the roll with a Guacamole avocado smash and then ad pesto seasoning evenly over it. ROLL up the dough, slice your roles out put it in a oven safe container, let it rise again 20 minutes... let it cook for 45
