Veggie Burgers

THis is a good burger... but ittasts better if you use black beans the black beans have a better flavor for real



Veggie Burgers


Soaked kidney means over night in 1 cup if seasoned water


Chop up

Onions 1 slice

Asparagus 3 pieces

Third of a clove of garlic


Put it in the blender (with the remainder if the seasoning water


Pulse it full it has a texture

Put Potato flakes in it till it thick about a 8th if a cup or till it reaches your desired thickness


Take it out

Add

Coco powder

Marsala sauce (thus goes into the kidney bean water base 3rd if a cup

Marmite

Peppers

salts (seasoning garlic onion)

Beef bullion cubes 1 or 2 (one in the bean water one directly in the meat)

Parsley


Seems like a lot of salt believe me the bean and garlic onion overpowers the salt in it.


Add corn meal for texture. To thicken it.

Taste it make sure it tastes like you want


Divide it into 4 patties (6 for sliders)


Form balls flatten them


Cook as you would in a own as a regular burger.
