Now you can go and purchase any kind of Vegan meatball to do this
Gardena
Quorn
beyondmeat
etc
but I infact made mine from scratch
Blackbeans (from the can) Drained TILL THEY ARE DRY
then add
potato Flakes
or oat flour, Quaker oats (give a good meat look when puled one or two times in the beans)
Stuffing Bread blended down to crumbs
Molassis
Marmite (vegan flavor)
spoon of tomato paste
spoon full of beat root powder
onion (prefered)
Garlic (prefered)
celery
add your seasoning
Beef boulion
parsley
(iff you don't have)
or onion powder
or Garlic powder
make the meat in the blender till it tacky like a dough but not, little damp then you form your balls and freez them.
then make your honey glaze
honey
apricott jam
westishire
soy sauce
Bagel seasoning
take the meat balls out and then fry them on each of the 6 sides till they look like meat balls and put them in the oven the same pan for another 25 minutes.
you can freeze half
take the rice and cook it in a pot for ten to twenty minutes deoending on what kind of way your cooig it
ten minute rice

Assemble on a plate and enjoy
