Well the holidays are here again and what does that mean, food and you instantly start to dread it because you know you’re going to gain 5 to ten ponds because when the turkey the stuffing and sweet/mashed potatoes come out your Never going to be able to say no

The No-Weight Gain Winner


Until now 

Here a simple meal treat that will make your holiday’s a no weight gain winner.

Holidays are here what do you immediately think, ham, mashed potatoes, turkey greens stuffing how am I going to do it and not gain a tone of weight here’s how


Get turkey wings not a whole turkey, bake it in vegetable oil drain off the juices for later, [if you can get a cooker that drains away the fat that a plus]


Instead of stuffing make mixed vegetable, make cabbage with your collard greens or spinach instead. 


Chop up your potato’s and boils them then sauté the in a pain with garlic and herbs and the vegetable oil juice from the turkey


Cook your ham, boil it lightly season it 


Once everything is done just plate it up small servings on a half sized plate and you get all your Christmas delights without the calories
