Pasta potato’s and String bean
Get you pasta of choice
As you know by now mine is
Banquette
Glory Green
Start by chopping up potato’s... then follow it up with starting it to Boil {if you want to cheet use a can and chop before drop them in the water when you start your Pasta.}
Fresh Green beans the last 4 minutes of the cooking of the pasta
Now my Favorite... the PESTO
Get fresh pesto
4 packs of fresh basil
Cup of Parmesan cheese
Garlic {some add pine-nuts}
Blend it with Olive oil till smooth
Drain the pasta, Potato’s and green beans
Pour the pesto on at the end mix it in and Dig in
