Lets Go Mac Crazy


Mac Memory – When I was a kid I remember that I fell in love with it when I first started eating it and I know that I first remember tasting it on the holidays, it’s a token favorite of mine that the ooie gooie Cheese, and it tasted wonderful.


I remember dinners at my Godmothers or going and Visiting my Aunt who loved to cook any time you went into her house she was happy to whip up a meal for you just because you came by and she made that homemade mac and Cheese that had the thick cheesy Crust on top that when it cooled you can cut it with a knife. it’s one of the first things that you go to for the holidays and Sunday dinner.


So let us slide Down the Mac and Cheese Strings and Digg in to some of my Favorite Recipes For Mac and Chesses.


IV.  Classic mac and Cheese  

       A. Start out with you Ingredients

  • Marconi

  • Cheese: your favorite Cheese more than one if you feel fancy

  • Salt 

  • Seasoning salt

  • Pepper

  • Milk

  • Eggs

       B. Start with Water put salt in the water, then wait for it to boil and then add your pasta {Half the box} and let it cook till it tenders for 10-20 minutes. While it’s cooking get your cheese ready mix it together take your two to three eggs put them into the bowl, when the pasta is done Drain it rinse the starch and then mix your eggs and ad your Milk till pasta is coated and then add it to a oven safe dish and layer your cheese on top put in your seasoning salt and pepper. Then put it in the oven for 375 and cook it for 20minutes. Take it out cool and serve.  

You can also Do stove top take a pan melt your cheese instead of pouring the water off the pasta in the drain put it into the pan add your cheese, Pour your milk in till it’s melted, add salt and people and then add your pasta, Mix it in and serve. 


C. when the Mac hit the plate then you will immediately you can smell the seasoning, and you want to get that taste when you stick the fork into the mac and then spin that cheese and taste it. Was wonderful and Creamy.



V.  Avacado Mac and Cheese 

        A. Start out with you Ingredients 

  • Marconi

  • Cheese: your favorite Cheese more than one if you feel fancy

  • Salt 

  • Seasoning salt

  • Pepper

  • Pesto {Mix it yourself or purchases it}

  • Cilantro

  • Avacado

  • Eggs

       B. Start with Water put salt in the water, then wait for it to boil and then add your pasta {Half the box} and let it cook till it tenders for 10-20 minutes. While it’s cooking get your cheese ready mix it, now take your avocado, mash it and pour in your pesto mix it together and add you cheese in mix it in thoroughly, take your two to three eggs put them into the bowl, when the pasta is done Drain it rinse the starch and then mix your eggs and till pasta is coated, then add it to a oven safe dish and layer your cheese on top put in your seasoning salt and pepper. Then put it in the oven for 375 and cook it for 20minutes. Take it out cool and serve.

       C. II mixed this in my Scrambled Eggs and once and I feel in love with it and have been eating eggs like this ever sense, so when you add it in your mac and Cheese it is amazing. You'll Never eat it a different way Ever again. 



VI.  Mac and sweet Cheese

       A. lets take a sweet turn to what it is that we love when we do mac and Cheese, lets make it sweet, when I was a child I use to eat Mac and Cheese with my Sweet potatos and I would have a whole plate of mac and yams just to eat it together so I’m going to take sweet turn on this. 

  • Sweet Potato's

  • Apples

  • Molasses

  • Sugar

  • Nutmeg

  • Ginger

You slice up the sweet potato’s put your seasoning in molasses, honey, sugar, Nutmeg ginger cook it and Bring it to a boil cut in your apples let it caramelize and remove from the fire. Take the sweet potato's out add your milk add half your cheese to the carmlized juice and salt and pepper. Mix it in till it gets thick

While it’s cooking get your cheese ready mix it together take your two to three eggs put them into the bowl, when the pasta is done Drain it rinse the starch and then mix your eggs and pout in the sweet potato liquid till pasta is coated and then add it to a oven safe dish and layer your cheese sweet potato’s and apples evenly on top put in your seasoning salt and pepper. Then put it in the oven for 375 and cook it for 20minutes. Take it out cool and serve.
