What impact will you make today that will be remembered 50 years from now. This came into my spirit and I had to write about it.

On Sunday I saw a Great documentary on Maya Angelou

It dawned on me in having watched how much impact she made in the 50’s, 60’s 70’s 80’s 90’s 2000’s

Then I looked at today’s generation and it really touched my soul for the brief moment to go forward in time 50 years and wonder will images of Alicia Keys with her fist in the Air reciting “And Still I RIse” will that be a moment played in the video reels 50 yr from now. Will the song “When I RIse Up” be that song to define this generation in 50yrsWho will be the Maya angeluo for this generation now that she’s gone?Who will be the Oprah of that Generation when she’s gone What will we be remembered for - Rihanna’s “Work… Work Work work WORK!!!” - Trap music?

Maybe Beyonce’s “Freedom” because it has a transcendent that will hit every generation. But what will this Generation be remembered for #BlackLivesMatter The Baltimore Riots The Trump Presidecy

Or the Obama Presidency And songs that “Help Somebody” like “What’s going on” and “we are the World” What more can I Give and “HEAL The World”

Who from this Generation will be remembered for that Sound. That sound that changed the time and kept the peace in this Generation

Who in this generation will make impacts to sit in a room, with presidents, Kings of Africa, make major impacts in countries. Be commemorated for how they touched lives and be celebrated for that but yet still so humble by it.

Can you tell me who.

Is it Me, is it you

Tell me who… Why can’t it be you
